Terms & Conditions

Please read our T&C’s for all info relating to orders from our online store or gift voucher portal.

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
  • Gift Voucher are non-refundable.

Premium Knife Set Purchase

Ordering

  • Orders can be placed through our official website or directly at any of our restaurant locations.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order through our accepted payment methods (credit/debit cards, online payment platforms).

Delivery and Shipping

  • A flat delivery fee of AUD $15 applies to each set ordered, covering shipping anywhere in Sydney.
  • Postage is made out every Monday.
    Orders placed after the cut-off time will be scheduled for delivery on the subsequent Monday.
  • Deliveries will be made to the address specified in the order. Please ensure accuracy as changes to the delivery address after the order is dispatched may not be possible, we do not send to Po Box.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Shipping is available only within Australia. International shipping is not yet available.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the exact location and external factors such as weather conditions and postal service delays, which are beyond our control.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without any charges. Cancellations beyond this period may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the delivery fee.
  • Refunds will be processed for canceled orders and returned products that are in unused and original condition. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 business days.

Return Policy

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of the product for a full refund, provided the items are in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error in order fulfillment on our part.

Liability

  • The restaurant is not responsible for damages or loss incurred during shipping.
  • Claims for such cases should be directed to the shipping carrier.

Age

  • If you are under the age of 16, you should always have the express consent or a parent and / or legal guardian before accessing this website.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms willl be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Private Room Hire T&C's

Thank you for choosing The Private Room at Volcanos Steakhouse. Please review the following terms and conditions before confirming your booking.

Booking Requirements

  • The Private Room is available 7 days a week.
  • All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • A $250 security deposit per room is required to secure your reservation.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
  • The security deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your event.

Capacity & Minimum Spend

  • Each Private Room accommodates a maximum of 10 guests.
  • A minimum spend of $500 per room applies.
  • Larger groups may be accommodated across multiple rooms or tables, subject to availability.

Dining Duration

  • Private Room bookings are allocated a 2-hour dining period.
  • Additional time may be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.

Menu Requirements

  • All Private Room bookings require a pre-order.
  • Groups of up to 15 guests may pre-order from our standard menu.
  • Groups of 16 guests or more are required to dine on a set menu.
  • Set menu pricing is charged per person.
  • A minimum of four guests is required for set menu bookings.
  • Children aged 12 years and under dine at half price on set menu packages.
  • Final menu selections and guest numbers must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the booking.

Changes, Cancellations & No Shows

  • Any cancellations or changes to guest numbers must be made at least 48 hours before the booking.
  • The number of guests confirmed 48 hours prior to the event will be the number charged on the day, regardless of attendance.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking will result in the forfeiture of the $250 security deposit.
  • No-shows or bookings that fail to arrive without notice may incur additional charges at management’s discretion.

Arrival & Seating

  • Private Room reservations will be held for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled booking time.
  • If your group is running late, please notify the restaurant as soon as possible.
  • While we will do our best to accommodate preferences, specific tables, rooms, or seating arrangements cannot be guaranteed.
  • Final room allocation remains at management’s discretion.

Food & Beverage

  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
  • BYO alcohol is strictly prohibited.
  • As a halal venue, alcohol is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
  • Guests may bring their own celebration cake for a cakeage fee of $20 per cake. This includes storage, plates, cutlery, and napkins. Cake cutting and individual serving are not included.

Equipment Hire

  • An 85-inch TV, microphone, and camera package is available for hire at an additional $50 per booking.
  • Equipment hire is subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hired equipment during the event.

Dietary Requirements

  • Please advise us of any dietary requirements or allergies prior to your event.
  • While every effort is made to accommodate dietary needs, our kitchen handles common allergens and cross-contamination may occur.

Payment Terms

  • All accounts must be settled in one transaction.
  • A 10% surcharge applies on public holidays.

Venue Conduct

  • Guests are expected to treat staff, other patrons, and venue property with respect.
  • Any damage to venue property, furniture, fixtures, or equipment may result in repair or replacement costs being charged to the booking holder.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a function if behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, offensive, or in breach of venue policies.

General

  • Volcanos Steakhouse reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice.
  • By confirming a booking and paying the security deposit, guests acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Promotion T&C's

Earning Points

  • Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible dine-in purchases at participating Volcanos Steakhouse locations.
  • Customers must be registered in the Family Rewards system to earn and redeem points.
  • Customers must present their registered QR code or membership account during the transaction.
  • Points cannot be transferred between accounts.

Approved Reward Tiers

Family Rewards points may only be redeemed through the following approved reward tiers:

  • 1,000 points = $50 Gift Voucher
  • 3,000 points = $150 Gift Voucher + Premium Steak Knife Set

Reward tiers are fixed and cannot be converted into custom dollar amounts, partial redemptions, or direct discounts.

Reward Redemption Rules

  • Points cannot be used as direct payment or instant discounts on meals.
  • Customers cannot request custom dollar values based on their remaining points balance.
  • Remaining points after redemption do not automatically qualify customers for another voucher.
  • Rewards must follow the official Family Rewards structure only.

Examples of incorrect redemptions:

  • 2,000 points cannot be converted into a custom $100 voucher.
  • 500 points cannot be redeemed as a $25 discount.
  • Points cannot be split into smaller custom amounts.
  • Customers cannot combine leftover points into unofficial reward values.

Reward Reset Process

Once a customer redeems either of the approved rewards, their reward cycle will reset.

To become eligible to start earning toward another reward cycle, the customer must complete five (5) eligible dine-in visits after their redemption.

After completing the 5th visit, the customer will receive a complimentary mocktail added to their account for their next visit.

Once this reset process is completed, the customer can start earning points again toward the next available reward tier.

This system is designed to prevent duplicate reward claims using leftover points from the same earning cycle while continuing to reward loyal returning customers.

Redeeming Rewards

  • Rewards must be redeemed using the customer’s registered Family Rewards account.
  • Reward redemptions are subject to verification and approval by staff or management.
  • Volcanos Steakhouse reserves the right to deny any redemption that does not comply with the program rules.
  • Only one Family Rewards voucher may be used per transaction unless approved by management.

Eligible Transactions

Points can only be earned on eligible dine-in purchases at participating Volcanos Steakhouse locations.

Points are not available for:

  • online orders
  • takeaway purchases
  • third-party delivery platforms
  • gift card purchases
  • selected promotional transactions.

Tracking Points & Manual Assistance

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring their own points balance.
  • If a customer cannot redeem automatically due to a technical issue, staff may assist with a manual verification process.
  • Volcanos Steakhouse reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity or duplicate claims before approving manual adjustments.

Voucher Usage

  • Gift vouchers are valid for dine-in only.
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
  • Rewards and complimentary perks are non-transferable.

Point Expiration

  • All points expire on 31 December 2026 unless otherwise stated.
  • Expired points cannot be reinstated or transferred.
  • Volcanos Steakhouse currently does not send automatic expiry notifications.

Membership Conduct

Volcanos Steakhouse reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in

  • fraudulent activity
  • duplicate accounts
  • abuse of reward mechanics
  • unauthorised manual adjustments
  • misuse of vouchers or promotional perks

Program Changes

Volcanos Steakhouse reserves the right to update, modify, pause, or cancel the Family Rewards Program and its terms at any time without prior notice.
